1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an app. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs). We use these technologies on the getvonix.com website and in the Vonix App. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

We do not use cookies to sell personal data. We do not permit third parties to build advertising profiles of you through our App.

3. Third-party technologies

Some technologies are set by third parties that provide services to us, such as hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, customer-support chat and identity verification. These providers act on our instructions as processors, or as independent controllers where they provide a regulated or verification service. Their use of data is governed by their own policies and our contracts with them.

4. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period, typically between 24 hours and 13 months depending on their purpose, or until you delete them. Consent preferences are stored for up to 12 months, after which we will ask you again.

5. Managing your preferences

Our website currently uses only strictly necessary technologies, such as the security check on our forms and remembering the language you choose. These do not require consent, so we do not show a cookie banner. If we introduce performance, analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and add a cookie settings link to the website footer.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site or App from working. On mobile devices you can limit tracking and reset advertising identifiers in your operating-system settings.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. Questions about cookies can be sent to support@getvonix.com.
