The agreement between you and Vonix Financial Group Ltd for the Vonix website, app and the services made available through them.
Vonix Financial Group Ltd is a financial technology company, not a bank. Last updated 11 October 2026.
These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the Vonix website, the Vonix mobile and web applications (the App) and the related services made available through them (together, the Services). They form a legal agreement between you and Vonix Financial Group Ltd (Vonix, we, us), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17311588 with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.
By creating a Vonix profile, accessing the App or using any Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Vonix is a financial technology company, not a bank. Depending on the product and jurisdiction, regulated services such as accounts, payments, cards and currency exchange are provided by authorised third-party institutions under their own terms.
Vonix operates the App, the customer interface, onboarding, support and the technology that connects you to the financial products you choose. Where a product is a regulated financial service, that product is provided by an authorised third-party institution (a Partner). The identity of the Partner responsible for each regulated service, and the Partner terms that apply to it, are disclosed to you before you activate the product and are available in the App.
When you activate such a product you enter into a separate agreement with the relevant Partner. The Partner terms govern that product. If these Terms conflict with Partner terms in relation to a regulated product, the Partner terms prevail for that product.
Vonix does not hold client money on its own behalf, does not provide investment, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee the availability, pricing or performance of any Partner product.
To use the Services you must:
Availability of products, currencies, cards and payment methods varies by country, profile type, verification status and Partner. We may decline to open a profile, or restrict or close one, if eligibility requirements are not met.
Before you can use most Services you must complete identity checks (for individuals) or business and beneficial-ownership checks (for companies). We and our Partners use these checks to comply with anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions and fraud-prevention obligations.
You agree that we and our Partners may verify your information with third-party identity, credit-reference and fraud-prevention providers, public registers and other lawful sources, and may request additional documents at any time. We may suspend or limit the Services while checks are pending or if information cannot be verified.
Depending on your country, profile and verification status, the Services may include:
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw any Service or feature at any time, including to comply with law, Partner requirements or security needs. Where reasonably possible we will give you prior notice through the App or by email.
Fees, exchange rates, limits and plan features are shown in the App and on our Pricing page. The exact fee and rate for a transaction are always displayed before you confirm it. Fees and limits may vary by country, plan, profile and Partner and may change; we will notify you of changes that affect you in accordance with the applicable Partner terms.
Third parties such as your bank, the recipient's bank, intermediary banks or card networks may charge their own fees that are outside our control.
You agree to:
We apply security controls to help protect access to the App, and Partners apply their own controls to the products they provide. You must review your activity regularly. If you notice a transaction you did not authorise, or an error, contact us without undue delay. Your rights to a refund for unauthorised or incorrectly executed payment transactions are set out in the terms of the Partner that provides the payment service and in applicable law.
We may block or delay a transaction, or restrict access to the Services, where we reasonably suspect fraud, financial crime, a security risk or a breach of these Terms. We will tell you where we are legally permitted to do so.
The App, the website, the Vonix name and logo and all related content, software, designs and data are owned by Vonix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for the purpose of accessing the Services in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, who we share it with (including Partners and verification providers) and your rights. Partners process your personal data as independent controllers for the products they provide, under their own privacy notices.
You may close your Vonix profile at any time through the App or by contacting support, subject to settling any outstanding obligations with Partners. We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by a Partner, if we are unable to verify your information, or if your profile is inactive for an extended period. We may also terminate for any other reason on reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, Vonix is not liable for: losses arising from products provided by Partners, which are governed by the Partner terms; losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications, card networks, banks or payment systems; indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, business or data; or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your failure to keep your credentials secure. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to Vonix in that period.
If you are unhappy with any part of the Services, please tell us. Our Complaints page explains how to raise a complaint, how long we take to respond and how to escalate a complaint about a Partner product to the relevant Partner or dispute-resolution scheme.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, Partners, products or security practices. We will publish the updated version on our website and, for material changes, notify you through the App or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. We may assign our rights under these Terms to a successor or affiliate; you may not assign yours without our consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Website Terms and the applicable Partner terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vonix regarding the Services.
